What is my Username / Password? Only two areas of our web site require a password:
The Software Billions Club Member’s Area
Are you having trouble logging into the Members Area? Your username and password are case sensitive. If you are experiencing trouble logging in to the Members Area please make sure your CAPS LOCK key is turned off and that you have entered your username and password EXACTLY as it appears on the green certificate we mailed you with your membership kit.
Here are a few ways you can locate your username or password.
First we recommend locating the green certificate we included with your Software Billions Club Membership Kit we initially mailed to you. Unless you have clicked on the password recovery link or unless you logged into the Members Area and manually changed your username or password by clicking on the Update Password link, the username and password displayed on the green certificate can be used to log you into the Members Area.
If you cannot find your green certificate, click here to enter the e-mail address you used when you signed up (printed on your receipt) in the box below. You will automatically be emailed your username and password. Once you have successfully logged into the Members Area, click on the UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD link on the right side of the screen to change your password.
If you forget to update your password once you log in, you will have to click the “recover your password” link each time you want to log in, until you change your password from inside the Members Area.
If you did not have an e-mail address when you joined the Software Billions Club but now have an email address, it’s extremely important that you update your Membership Profile. Here’s how: Once you have logged in to the Members Area, click on the “View Membership Profile” link to update your email address. Doing this will ensure that if you have problems logging into the Members Area in the future, our system can email you the username and password information you need to log in.
If you have tried recovering your password and still cannot log-in to the Members Area, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-503-521-9217 M-F 8am-5pm PST and we will be happy to reset your password for you.
Free E-mail System
Nationwide Consulting Group, Inc. did not manually assign you a username or password, therefore the only username and password you would have, is one you created yourself. Unfortunately, we do not maintain a record of that information.
The only options you have is to use the e-mail system’s “Forgot Password” link or if you know your username (e-mail address) we can delete the account and you can sign up again. If we delete your account, any existing mail will also be deleted. Click Here to delete your account.
Nationwide Consulting Group, Inc. cannot change or reset e-mail passwords. All we can do is delete the account and re-register it for you.
If you have any additional questions about the Free E-mail System, you will need to contact the staff at Everyone.net www.Everyone.net since they manage our e-mail services.
